My '97 doesn't work either. A leaky tank, bad pump rubber and a disappearing water line going to the rear disgusted me. I may try to get it going some day.

My 95 Jimmy's washer doesn't work either thought it was pump. Replaced pump....still didn't work. Upon closer inspections the r/w washer is inop as well. When you turn the washer lever there is clearly an electrical draw via the tone in the door ajar warning tone. Wipers work fine.
