Just started up a few days ago, truck runs ruff when 1st started, and it smokes really bad, white smoke.... no leaks that i see around the motor, but i noticed today there was liquid dripping from the header where it connects to the exhaust pipe ( @ the Clamp )
I've been loosing some anti-freeze as well, have to keep filling it up.
but there is no other leaks that i see.
any idea were the liquid might be coming from ?

check the head gasket. That would cause the white smoke and a lot of other things.

yeah thats what im guessin as well, it seems like i lost power too.
How much does a head gasket usually go for ?
and i use to work on quads and quad / dirt bike motors, think i could change it by my self ? i

Biggest unexpected problem first-timers seem to run into is fragile bolts. Head bolts are strong but intake manifold bolts, thermostat housing bolts, accessory/belt drive bolts, etc. tend to get rotten and fragile by 100,000 miles. Use penetrant oil for a few days prior to disassembly, then go slow and easy.
