CT26 Turbo Rebuild Kit

Hi guys, does anyone know where I can get CT26 Turbo Rebuild Kit from with reasonable price? My stock CT26 turbo oil seal goes bad. I saw one on eBay (again) for $140 but I don't know if it's good. Is it easy to rebuild it by myself or it needs some special tools and professional experiences to get this done?
