Pulsating feedback from beake pedal 2005 SE?

I got 4runner SE for 5 weeks now. Few days ago noticed strange single pulsation from brake pedal. Very annoying. I'm sure if I address this issue to the serv. dep. the answer will be "It's normal for this vehicle...". Is It?

Sounds more like a warped rotor, or drum. No, it's not normal.
