97 Runner Vibrations

Hey All...new to the forum. Anyway...I have a 97 4Runner Limited, with 133K. I blew the tranny a while back (automatic), and ever since have been extremely paranoid. I have noticed a lot of vibration, whether its from hearing (is that the way you say it?) and I can see it what I have cups in my cup holder. I service the truck regularly, and I don't think it's my tranny, cause that caused vibration in my rear view mirror, but is this something I should be worrying about? It really bothers me, to the point where all i am listening to is the vibrating. Also, there seems to be hesitation when I accelerate, it almost feels like it my truck is "kicking-back." Can anyone help??

Check your u-joints at the rear diff

check your driveshaft, mine vibrated alot like this and my driveshaft fell off. i guess never being touched or even looked at, the bolts on it just broke and gave out. took under 10 minutes to fix.
