coolant problem

hi
i have a 93 eagal talon tsi allwheel drive. i have been having on going problems with the coolant system. i have had many leaks. i have changed the water pump and now i have a leak coming from the from of the car on the passanger side from this thing in front of the radiator that looks like some pump. i dont know what it is. the car should have an intercooler but it does not. is there anything i should do so that i can get this over heating issue solved or is it a lost cause. i have no clue what to do help please

YOU NEED AN INTERCOOLER!!!!
you should not be driving that thing without an intercooler. also find where your leak is coming from and fix it.
