turn signal and wiper controller

i have a 93 cvpi when i put my wipers on it seems to cut on and off if i use the turn signal or even slightly touch the controller it makes a clicking sound then if i play with it a bit it will do what its supposed to do. is the an easy fix for this or is it a major problem. lose wire maybe? problem is only with wipers though not turn signals. and

You need a new "Multi-Function Switch" (MFS). Should be around $80 from your local stealership, and takes around 15 minutes to replace.
