My blinkers on my 2000 grand am kind of started working spastically, sometimes they wouldn't turn on, so then if you turned the hazards on and off it would work again, but that was only a temporary fix. So I got a new multifuncation switch to make it all better, but when my car whiz of a fiancee installed it for some reason now the horn started going off for no reason while driving. Anyone have any clues?

It sounds like he has pinched a wire making contact on a nother wire or metal part. Most likely happened when he/she was putting things back together. It is going to have to be taken apart again and the wire/wires that is at fault repaired (electrical tape over the exposed wires) and then put back together.
That is pretty much the only thing that could be going on unless there is damage to the horn contacts themselves (very unlikely). I'd stick with the pinched wire/wires.

Hope this helps, Good luck
