My delayed windshield wipers on my 1999 MonteCarlo seem to wipe too fast. Adjusting them on the turn signal handle does no good. Is there a way to adjust them under the hood?? THANKS.

sounds like u have a bad wiper pulse board. sometime when the go bad the wipers only work on high. no adjustments. sorry

Thanks for responding. Although I don't know a lot about a pulse board, I can do research on it and maybe solve my problem.
