Problems I should be aware of?

First, this is my first post on this forum, so hi all.

My girlfriend just got a '95 Avenger. It came with a blown head gasket, but we fixed that, and now she wants to get into some mods. I've been looking around but couldn't really find anything that answers my question - are there any common problems with the 2.0 in the Avenger we should be aware of and take care of. When I first got my s13 it had some common problems (clogged AIV, broken timing chain guide, etc), so I didn't know if anything like that existed with Avengers.

only one i can think of is the head gasket, which you already took care of. the egr valve is known to clog up on those motors sometimes... but thats not a very big deal you can just clean it with cue tips and carburator cleaner
