tps....where is it. on a 93 4.3 w?

id like to repllace the tps........
anyone know where it is on my year.....
what it looks like......
and is it a dealer only part?

First off, why do you want to replace it?

at 150k.....im shure is orig.....
and would be one less thing that could give me trouble........so why not.....?

Test it first, remove it, get a multimeter and set it for ohms.

Hook the leads to the connections and test the resistance reads as you rotate it.

If the resistance gradually increases with no spikes, there is no need to change it.
