Underbody kit

okay... I dont know where the factory keyless entry device or the wires for it are.... i am trying to install a red neon underbody kit on my eclipse 1997 GS... i got everyting hooked up but ....i want this to happen... when i click the unlock key on my keyless remote that came with my neons... the car will unlock and the neons will come on... and when i push the lock key on the remote the car will lock and the neons will go off...

If thats ALL you want them to do and not any other time hook up the power wires to the interior lights...
