I have an aunt who has MS(Multiple Schlorosis[sp?]) and she is getting progressively worse. It is also causing her body to function like someone thirty years her senior(mid-late 80s). Either way it really sucks and kills me to hear from my mother from when she goes see her. I don't know if just keep sitting here if I should go see her and possibly just cause myself to have a mental break down or just keep sitting here wondering. I don't think going will do much good but it might. What do y'all think I should do. Keep in mind I only speak to her on rare occasions and haven't seen her in atleast 5-6 years.

Go see her man. You would be there for her even though she might not show appreciation. Go see her as she is still in this world.

Can't hurt to see her. I knew someone with MS, they were bedbound for several years because they couldn't move. But they still appreciated visits.

I guess im number 5 or so, go see her. It might be hard on you but just think about what she is going through, think about how good it will be for her to know that someone else cares about her.

MS is a horrible thing to have. I bet if you show up she will not be turned away. She is your familly and familly should always stick together through the bad shit and the good shit. Don't regret not seeing her.

I am planning on going to see her after school ends in about 2-3 weeks. With school ended I will be a little bit stronger(emotionally). Today when we went out to dinner my mother gave a whole update from last time she talked to the doctor. He said she is pretty much on her last stretch.

My aunt has MS as well. She pretty much disowned everyone related to her about 12 years ago so I don't know how she's doing. I'd visit her except for the fact she lives so far away.

I'd say you should visit her because you said if you didn't you'd just sit there wondering. Do you want to spend forever wondering?

That is pretty much what she has done but her care takers had pretty much forced her to stay in semi-contact with my mom since my good for nothing asshole uncle won't do shit for her.

Okay I have two more things to add.
This first thing I might have mentioned before but I need to vent on the subject some more. My scum bag uncle done shit for my aunt in years is trying to take the power of attorney from my mother. The power of attorney was switched by my grandmother before she passed on for the reason that she didnt see my uncle fit. WTF???? That is what is pissing me off.
The second thing is that this ENTIRE situation is starting to basically take over my life. Its like an internal famine. I went to my neurologist for a check up and to discuss what to do because my medicene I am on(aderall) was recalled. She noticed that my blood pressure and heart rate was not anywhere close to normal. She had asked if I had taken the medicene and I answered no. She said to cut down on the stress in your life. Its like I am NOT working I basically quit because of school work being piled upon me like being buried alive. To make it worse is that I can't get the work done because I am too worried what will happen if my uncle actually gets the power of attorney and just the entire situation is starting to run my life. I am ready to just say fuck it all and just go drive as fast as I can and pray I don't hit sand or a wet spot or anything that will cause me to crash. But that isn't possible because I have 3 or 4 papers to write for tomorrow. Then I have a final and another 2 other things due in history. Just I don't know what to focus on. I am spending time researching on how to keep my uncle at bay if you would instead of working. I am ready to just bash his and his wife's head in so there are no problems anymore.
