Engine Dies After A Few Minutes

Hey, i have a 98 eclipse rs with 85,000 miles on it an the other day it started stalling then cut off. I waited 20 mintues and restarted it and drove a few miles and it cut off again. To make a long story short i did this until i got it to the shop around 20 miles. i had the ecu rebuild and its still doing the same thing can anyone help? Oh i aslo have a msd ignition.
