Spark Plugs for '89 4 banger hardbody 2WD?

I want to give my GF's truck a little tune-up but I don't know what type of spark plugs to use and what I should gap them to. Thanks in advance!

That information is in the manual. Spark plug gap for the KA24E is .039 to .o43. As far as type I've used about everything searching for that improved mileage and they are all about the same.

I didn't have the manual on hand, in fact I'm not even sure we have it at all. Thanks for the first hand feedback about plug brands also. :)
