2001 grand am. I just had the power steering pressure hose replaced because of losing fluid and making noises turning at LOW speeds. But, I got it back and NOW when I hit around 40 mph and I turn my wheel to the right it makes a grinding noise. I need brakes coming up but am almost positive thats not the problem. It doesn't make this noise turning to the left. Just a little bit when strait and to the right. What type of thing would cause this?

Bad wheel bearing. Have it checked when you have the brakes done. The key here is the fact that it only makes the sound when turned left and only slightly when straight. The weight of the car shifts when you turn the wheel is turned putting more pressure on that bearing and causing the noise.
