Mercedes Benz SLK progress

This is my first model on this thread and its going to be box stock.
The paint is Tamiya Dark Green. The color looks lighter in the picture. Im getting warmed up for my next model the revell MKII or Fujimi MKII.
After two coats of primer

i would go with the fujimi mk2, revell has really bad fitment problems, nice start!

I've nearly completed my current project, and picked this kit up from eBay for £3.20.. It's my next build, but I'm going for silver. Your build looks to be off to a good start.. Well done.

im doing the lights right now so i will post more pics up later tonight.

another update and its the final one
here is the finished project. Since i just did this to get back into the hobby i didnt do the window trim or panel lines because i didnt want to mess up haha. But i will practice on a kit that i already screwed up. Please tell me what you think.Sorry about the dark pictures ill try and put more up soon.
