I installed a 3" body a couple of weeks ago....and I believe it a 19mm socket will fit it perfectly........a 3/4 inch socket would work well but it isn't as snug as the 19mm......if you're gonna use an air impact wrench then definitely use 19mm and not 3/4 for safety......good luck......and don't forget to unhook the wires from the bumper and the license plate lights before sliding back the bed..(I almost did and it could have been a real PITA)

I may have spoke to soon.....I just realized that the 19mm bolts are the longer ones that were included in kit....the stock bolts are 18mm I think.........either way a standard set of sockets should cover it..........good luck

It's all good!! A friend of mine used to have a 86 Silverado with about 7" of lift and he had 29" Thornbirds on it for months!! Talk about looking goofy!

Im sure it'll look pimp once you get the 37's on it.

On my Ford in my signature under "my big toy" I'm about to go up 4 more inches and prolly 38's or 40's. If I can find a 6" I'll put 42's on it. Its got 35x15x15 on it now and it dont rub except at full turn..and thats on the radius arm.

It's a 77 F-100Ranger ... lodaded for back in the day,. just nothing works much anymore! its got a 400 big-block in it. C6 tranny. stock 3.55 gears right now, want to change to 4.56's soon if I can find the moolah. Thursday night it put me down in town..the steering sector broke in half leaving me not being able to turn at all! The power steering pump also went out....oh well. I'llget it fixed soon.
