Power Windows & Door locks. weird problem

I recently bought a 1996 Passat VR6 GLX. Today, while sitting on the parking lot with the keys out of the ignition, all of the windows rolled down for no reason and locks were going up and down. when i started up the car again, the windows would go down but wont go up. I can only put them up with the key from the outside when I lock the car. None of 4 windows go up, but all go down. everytime i open the windows, i can only close them from the outside of the car using the key. The locks have now stopped closing and opening by itself. i can lock and unlock the car with no problems.

Is this a problem with the computer or the wiring? I cannot figure this out.

I also noticed that the passenger front lock stopped working as a main lock. Before i was able to open and close all four door when opening/closing the front passanger door with the key from the outside.

Can It be the blown fuse?

It sounds like the wiring in the door is shorting out, most likely near the harness boot at the hinges.
