Check Engine light

My check engine light just came on after having my safc2 installed on my 98 eclipse rs w/ turbo kit. I was wondering if thats normal or what?? help

go to auto zone and get them to check why its on could be like a sensor that you might have accidently unhooked or cut or didnt reconnect or something.
