ok i finally got my afpr in the mail.there is to fuel lines one to the rail and the other to the pump, there is also a nipple for what looks to be vacum it also turns to adjust where does this go? it didnt come with any instructions. also does it matter which fuel line goes on the reg. and does it matter which side of the fuel rail line to use?

On our cars the FPR has to be after the fuel rail. I would do some more research before messing with the fuel system if you are asking these questions. But the basics are (assuming that this is an aeromotive, SX, or paxton regulator) that the FPR will go after the rail, use either side port as the in, and the out will be on the bottom which will go to your return line to the tank. The vac line goes to a manifold source, you can use the one the stock regulator used, so the reg can alter fuel pressure in a 1:1 ratio with vac/boost.

Edit> If you search through my site, you should find plenty of pics with the reg installed that may be helpful.

Be careful with fuel system mods, its easy to set yourself on fire or burn your car into the ground if you make a mistake. ;)
