Chirp and grind around sharp turns

When I go slow and make a sharp turn, my 2003 Liberty Renegade front tires will chirp and I will feel major resistance on the front end. It will almost stop. It almost sounds like it is grinding/dragging on something. I was thinking maybe the differential, but it's only in the front end. I just had the lower ball joint recall part replaced a few weeks ago.

Any idea what that is? and estimated repair cost?

Are you sure it is not stuck in 4WD...Jack it up and check....you can tell if it is bearings also this way. It you had someone else work on it...take it back. I don't like it when someone works on it and they overlooked something.
