I am currently taking care of the same issue's. I am using a Strut tower brace with subframe connecters but make sure you get the one's that connect in the middle.

If you find the right kinds, you can get 2 sets of SFCs. Theres sets that run tight to the inside and theres also ones that are like spohns i think, that run closer to the rockers.

Get the 3 point, weld-on... boxed is stronger than round but if your car is lowered boxed may not be an option... SLP makes good ones IIRC

also, depending on how much power you are making you could use an interior roll cage of 4 or six points to tie the chassis together and increase ridgidy. but i would do this in tandem with the weld in subframe connectors and strut tower brace.

Morley I have to disagree with you there... bolt-on SFCs are inferior to weld-on because the twisting and such that the SFCs are supposed to prevent, just gets transferred to the bolt points.

After you bolt them on you then weld them.

The link I gave...they have everything in the package except the strut brace. Panhard, LCA's, subs...they even have their own adjustable torque arm that bolts right up to those subs.
Also you can find all of the pieces here http://www.spohn.net/
