Heater blower not working

The blower on my 99 Intrigue with the automatic dual controls isn't working when heat is on. It works when A/C is on. Any ideas?

My mistake. It was intermittent at first, but not related to whether the heat or A/C was on. It finally died completely and ended up being a bad blower motor.

I'm having the same issue right now with my 99 Intrigue. One day heater was working fine, next day I go out to start it, nothing. I live up in ND so having a heater in the winter time is life and death. How much was it to replace your blower motor? parts and labor?
