Door panels?

I have a 91 Caprice that came with the power locks but the old roll-up windows. It used to be a police car in TX; you would think TX would want power windows with that heat. Anyway, I wanted to convert my roll up windows to power. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that could sell me a kit that I could use to change from roll-up to power? Also does anyone know where I could get some replacement door panels that has the power locks and window buttons on them?
