Rebuild a B18A/B

My friend is selling me a "motor only" B18A or B I really cant remember but my question is it has over 140xxx thousand miles on it so what is the best way to rebuild this motor so i can go turbo with out any problems ? :bigthumb:

what kind of boost do you plan on runnung? what are your goals with the engine? if you wanna do just a normal rebuild, new rings, bearings, and a complete engine gasket set will do fine.
