80 t/a fix

Does anyone know how to get the lock out of a 80 t/a's glove box door?
I need to know how to without breaking it or wrecking the door.

There might be a chance to do it if the back of the glove box has the cut in it for the vent, you could probably get in through that; other then that I got nothing
