First check all your hose clamps... I once had a garage replace a motor mount for me (for the record, I spanked the mustang even with a broken motor mount) and forgot to put the clamp back on the hose that sends the coolant to the heater core. That hose will pump out all your coolant in a very big hurry if it pops off, mine did it on the LIE in august of 03. Next, check to see if any hoses are cracked and drying out. After that, see that the radiator didn't get a small hole poked in by a stick, rock... At least that's where I'd start. One of the pro's will tell you if there's a current issue with one of the lines or something.

THe thermostat housing commonly leaks on all vr6 engines.
