Replacing Grill...

Hey all, I have the black grill on my car and I picked up the chromed out grill the other day. I'm wondering if anyone knows the trick to getting the old ones out of the hood? I would've hoped there was screws but it appears there is a series of crazy tabs that I'm hoping I don't have to snap off.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Just pry out the tabs gently... It will still go back if you break one...
