The headlights SUCK!

Mom's got a 93 Concorde. I've tried everything I can think of to improve the headlights. I tried brighter bulbs. Little improvement, but not much. Then I used some meguier's plastic polish to make them clear again. Slightly more improvement, but they still suck, especially in the rain. Mom had to drive very early in the morning in the dark while it was nasty out. She was pretty freaked out. What else can I do to make these things brighter? Is there a better headlight assembly we can get? I swear that those headlights now are just glorified flashlights.
I also want to add an extra set of fog or driving lights. But I'm having a little trouble finding a piece of metal I can drill into and easily get to the other side to install the nuts for the bolts to the lights.

95 and up were redesigned so they put a little more light on the road due to customer complaints about the poor visibility at night, I can't say how much better than the 93-94 assemblies but I had a 95 and I thought the headlights did a pretty good job when correctly aimed (Not with the bubbles either), especially with Silverstar bulbs in them, In the rain you could at least see some of the road but the painted lines were pretty visable. Can't say about the Fog Lamps, never felt it needed them.

Yeah, I have been trying to reaim them. It hardly makes any difference.
Do you think a headlight assembly to a 95 will fit a 93?

I don't see no reason why the reflector/lens assemply wouldn't work, the overall design is the same from 93-97 as far as mounting is concerned. the design changes were mainly in the reflector and the lens and not the mounting/aiming system.

It is just proble of this car. That "bullet design" allow to have olny small headlights. It looks fine, but with lighting it is worse. I also tried change bulbs for some illegal extreme lighting, no change. I just must live with it :(

The new bulbs I put in where those fucking BLUE lights. I ordered them as High Wattage, but then sent me the regular wattage anyway. Bastards. Anyway. My dad got a set of Sylvania XtraVisions and they're a hell of a lot brighter now!
Mom tried to drive in the dark and rain the other night with those blue bulbs. She was pretty freaked out.
Lesson learned. Stay away from those "fucking blue lights!" Some headlights, however, do give off a bluish light for a reason because they are HIDs. Artifical HID Style halogen bulbs? DON'T BUY THEM! They SUCK!!!!
