Daytiem Runnign Lights

Hello all. I was looking at the fuses in my 1997 Sebrign Convertable and noticed a fuse for "Daytiem Run Lights". In the manual it says the day tiem running lights are only for Canadan cars, however since there is a fuse for it I assume there is just a wire somewhere that turns it on/off. Is it possible to enable these lights myself so that I have daytiem runnign lights here in the US?
