window problems!

I have had issues with my drivers side automatic window. it keeps falling off the track and into the door when i use it. i have a 94 s-10 4 door blazer 4x4. at first i thought it was the clip, and then realized the track had ripped itself. i replaced the track and clip and it worked find for a day. then it fell back in. i took the door apart and oen bolt was missing out of the regulator (i think thats what its called) that is the peice thats actually touching the bottom of the window. worked fine and then came undone again. replaced the clips and checked all of my previous work. all looked well. also right ebfore i finishes closing it looks like the window pushes outward against the door. i dont know if thats normal. any imput would be greatly appreciated.

When I replaced my regs and motors, I had the same issue. I used loctite on the threads, and mine pushes out just a tad at the top. Has held together since last Aug., so I'm hoping its all good.
