WIP. Tamiya efini RX-7

very early progress on my efini RX-7. this one will be Tamiya Lime Green, the rims are Aoshima 19" Kranze. and its gonna be wingless so 'll have to sand off the little mounting tabs. why am I going wingless, becouse I hate wings.... unless there on the back of a 70 Plymouth SuperBird

Nice. I think the wheels are a Tad to big. If you do use those wheels make sure to lower it. Or it will be 4X4'n. :grinyes:

i'm considering ordering something smaller. but these don't look that big on the car. its just the angle of the picture. they tuck up into the fender nicely and don't look so big.

so you dont like wings unless they are 4 ft off the trunk?! :lol: just playin around looks really good watch out for those tail lights they are a pain in the ass.

finally an update. this sucker as moved the the top of my to build list. Hiroboy starting his 1:12 RX-7 got me motivated to build this one. The wheels are Pegasus Alta's Crome, but there not crome anymore, i'm gonna repaint them in Gun Metal, the detail on the rims are great but the tires are terrible, so i'm gonna use the Advan tires that came in the kit. i'm not sure of what color yet but the interior's gonna be baige.

very nice choice on the rims :sunglasse I think silver would go nice with beige!

got it painted, Tamiya Mica Blue, still have to clear it, I also got the rims painted
