turbo fiero

anyone hear about the TWIN TURBO kit? my dad told me he read about it in an old issue of kit car, but i cant find it on google. only thing i can find is this here (http://members.shaw.ca/turbofiero/index.htm)

i think i would need new rings and pistons too, but it doesnt mention it :confused:
