Installing Side SKirts

Hey, I searched for it, but only found threads of people asking which skirts to purchase and stuff. But heres the ?.

I bought a blitz kit, and the side skirts have a red lining, about an inch in width, all around the inside edges, wtf is it? Also, to install the side skirts (its urethane) will I just need to unbolt the existing OEM one, with the bolts in the wheel wells, and thats it?

That red stuff is just plastic covering the sticky side of the two sided tape, thats what is outlining the edge of your side skirts. It helps hold them on.

So how do I bolt it on, the bolts in the wheel well, and are there any other bolts underneath? Also, It looks like the blitz side skirt is gonna sit higher in the back than the OEM did. How do I deal with that?

they don't just bolt on.....what i did was drill holes along the top of the bodykit about an inch down from the edge....2 in front of the door and 3 behind the door and riveted them on. i countersunk the rivets and then puttied up the holes. with those and the doublestick tape and they'll never come off again. the putty hasn't cracked and those things have taken some abuse so dont' worry about the putty cracking.
