i have found a way on how to authenticly chrome objects and it is not chrome paint!
this stuff is called bare-metal and i found it at my local hobby town usa for $6 what it is is that its a foil with tape on the back. so it is really thin and shiny

what i did was take a stock range rover and add some chrome accents to it so first i did some measurments of the vent i wanted to chrome and cut out a piece

then i peeled off the paper from the back of the foil and attached it to the vehicle

i worked from one corner to the other and pushed out the creases i used and exacto knife to cut out the excess.

If it's a digi cam, it's most likely to have a half shutter option where it allows the cam to focus and then it beeps once it's rready.
Otherwise, looks like cool stuff. It sounds and in some ways looks good for flat and plain areas like you did, but would be harder to do on things such as rims.
