Jvc Kd-shx700

I was just wondering what you opions on this head unit is. I've found one for 254.99 with out shipping which was 5-10$. I'm starting to piece together a good system i knoe the amp and subs i want. ED nine 1 and 2 15 SE or SX from RE. So i just want to do know what you u all think bout this head unit. Just want somthing nice right now.
