1990 accord, how do i remove front bumper?

just bought a set of projector headlights, and i found out that i need to take off the front bumper to take out the old headlights and install the new ones.. could anyone tell me.. how do i get that goddamn bumper off??

There are four main bolts/nuts that hold the bumper on, 2 on each side. You need to remove the lower parking lights. There is a phillips screw inboard of the light which goes outboard which you screw out to remove the light holder. There are bolts behind the lights. The other two main bolts are really studs with nuts located just below the lights in the engine compartment. You can tell the correct ones if the studs/bolts have pointed tips. There are also two small bolts in the wheel well that holds the ends of the bumper to the wheel well.

you have to/should remove the headlights as well to get the bumper off.. I dont think its mandatory to get the bumper off, but i think it makes it a hell of a lot easier with the headlights out!
