abs and brake light on after speaker upgrade, please help

i upgraded my front door speakers and now my brake and abs lights are on, i picked up the manual and theres a warning in there that sais high output radio stuff could interfere with abs, n e ideas on what to do, thanks alot guys

well the light was off this morning, didnt even disconect the battery to reset the computer just thought id post it up if n e one else had the same problem
