You can still order a 2.4L engine. IYou need to go to a gm dealership and they can order one for you. Now, its possable to go to mrgoodwrench.com, give them a call. now, expect to pay 2-3 grand for one. My 3.4L would causted me approx 3,200 for the engine. Your best bet is to go to the dealership and have them order one, for them to install it for you it would caust about 1,200-1,800 grand to install. I hope this works for you, let me know if it does.

Why not just go with a rebuilt Jasper engine or something along those lines? Probably will save you a few bucks, not to mention you get a better warranty than with a new GM motor.

Or get one from someplace like RSM or something like that. They come with a 1 year unlimited mile warranty. If you have to go through the dealer get the part number for the engine then log onto gmpartsdirect.com and order it off there. You'll save some money.

gmpartsdirect.com is fine but they go threw the same place the dealers go through. I looked on this issue and found out that the dealer will add 50 bucks to it. not to much of savings. but do what you want. this is what i was told by the dealer so, if you know or find something different, please dont yell at me.
