Safe? Rev Limit 4 DOHC 6G72

Running a Micro Tech ECU with a DOHC 6G72 the Torque Curve was still climbing @ 7,000rpm. What is the "Safe" rev limit of this motor???

i have read about people at 3si with a custom remapped ecu that could rev to 8300 rpm.
