'97 Caravan blows engine fuse

Hello,
I have a '97 caravan with a 3.8L engine that blows the engine fuse once or twice a month. The car stalls, you replace the 20 amp engine fuse and the van starts. The check engine light does not come on. It must be an electrical problem but, I am ensure of where to start troubleshooting.

Which fuse is the engine fuse?

Any luck with your trouble shooting? Which fuse kept blowing?
