couple of ?'s

i just picked up a 6 bolt block will it fit on my existing 7 bolt motor.. isn't the only thing you have to do is mod the motor mount. also give me a estament on how much a machine shop would charge to clean up this block. and will my 7 bolt head bolt up to the block.

going into my blown 7 bolt. i want to get my car running soon theres going to be a pretty big dsm meet may 28

Yes you can put a 6 bolt in a 2g. The head will work but you have to modify it. Go to www.vfaq.com (http://www.vfaq.com) to find swap details. Search first next time, there is a lot of thread with this info in it.

alright tight man i guess im going to go with a 1g head so it will bolt up to my block plus its a stronger head anyway. thanks for the site also
