car games! (not video games)

i know this is off topic but i couldnt find a forum to post it in.

theres this car game me and my friends used to play called tips,

we would make a boundry in our nabourhood .. say about 3x3 blocks,
at night in a residential zone, and there would be about 3 cars(the more the better though, and always good to have passengers to help), wich would all split up one started off as being in, this car would haveto drive around and find the other cars wich would be hiding usually parked near other cars with all the lights off, if they got highbeamed they would be in and the other car would hide, just like real tips, the cars that hide cruise around to already checked locations, its fun and you end up highbeaming the wrong cars driving past.

does anyone know of any other car games?

i guess another one would be who could find the quickest location to somewhere(like mcdonalds wich is 2 suburbs away), all cars going difrent ways, sticking within the speed limits, once you get to the destination you look at the clock and wait for the other car(s).

yea i know, but thats why you have passengers, or you can have 2 cars go each way, if your a lead foot, you can have a rule that your allowed 10 or 20mph over the speed limit.

We played a game with my buddy billy, even though he wasnt in on it. We all waited with loaded painball guns and when he arrived we covered his van. When he finally got out he grabbed his gun and joined in on the fun. No we did not do this to a nice car, it was his moms van. She was not to happy from what i hear.

In my small town
a game alot of ppl play is car tag.
its where you get within a foot or so of your friends car
and thats a tag then he has to catchup with you and do the same.
while doing high speeds on the local highways

wouldnt recommend it tho
but cause 4 kids from my school got killed last year doing it.

Well this really isn't a car game but it is...We give an alotted amount of time say 1 hr. or 2 hrs. depending on your area. We get teams of two, three, four people, and we drive around and see who can find the oddest stuff in peoples yards....like yard nomes, tri-cycles, etc. The fun part is running in and out of front & back yards, and trying to jam all the stuff in your car. It's a lot easier with a truck. It's illeagal, but fun on a night when there is nothing to do.

Hmmm..........well, my favourite car game is called back roads. This gamerequires 5 people or so. You're out in the back country with alot of back roads and low traffic usagejust outside the city, with a mile or so in each direction as your limits, and you all split up except the guy that loses the coin toss competition, rock paper scissors, what have you. Anyways, the loser is it, and he gives the rest 5 minutes to go beat hell. The guys that run can keep running, or park somewhere.

The idea is for the guy that waits for 5 to find one guy, then they travel together and find the next, and keep moving in a pack where until everyone is found. The guy that's last to found wins the round and doesn't have to pay for beer and food for the night. It's a cool game,
something you can really enjoy if you've got back roads, low traffic, and a few hours in the late afternoon, early evening to kill. Middle of the night is best, cuz it's dark as hell and you can't see anything.

Another rule is one by default, meaning whoever has the black car has to go hunting, or park his ride. This makes it a fair play, when getting rid of dark cars.

Don't high beam anyone here, gang related. But we do play Hide and Go Seek. It's funny as hell because we have time limits. I remember we played one night for a couple of hours and we both ended up hiding at the same time and just sat there in who knows driveway for 10 minutes.but it's hilarious when you finaly lose them then cut into a street and turn all your lights off and park, then watch your friend go by! We still laugh about it like it was yesterday.

lol, me and my friends ride around and try to hit eachothers engine kills switches while driving lmfao, its super fun but really dangerous above 100.

Buy a couple of older Toyota Corollas, like 1985 ish, the ones with the nice rubber bumpers :) play tag at night (this includes actually bumping into the other person). Luckily those cars are cheap and are really stable so it is still fairly safe. However we still ALWAYS wear our bike helmets when we do anything stupid.

We also play a game like this too, but it requires getting within a few feet of the car and being able to reach out and touch it with your hand.
