Tall guy needs more leg room

I've just picked up a really nice 97 Accord. It's perfect in almost every way, but I need to get my seating right. With the seat all the way back, my legs are too bent. I'd like to get another inch or so of room and it looks like the only way to do it is to modify the mounting points or maybe the slider(?).

I've looked at a "racing seat" made by APC, but mounting it and messing with the seat belt could be a can of worms.

Has anyone out there done a mod like this?? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
