1998 Regal GS Anti Lock Brake warning lights

I have 4 different lights coming on the service vehicle soon light. traction off light, brake light, anti lock light
the codes that come up are 1246 and 1286 what part is failing?

I assume they are "C" codes. (Chassis) C1246 is Brake Lining Wear Circuit open. C1286 is Steering Sensor Bias Malfunction.
If they are "P" codes (power train) there is no P1246, P1286 is Accelerator Pedal Position 3 Circuit Performance. (I think these cars only have 1 pedal position sensor.)

I have been told that the electronic control for the anti-lock brake is failing. Has nothing to do with brake lining or anything to do with steering. I would like someone to reply that is familiar with the anti lock brake system and tell me what the name of the part is that would be failing and how much work it would be to replace
