99 buick regal starting problems

About a week ago my 99 regal stalled as soon as I came to a stop and would not turn over. It did nothing maybe clicked once all lights and wipers worked. A few minutes later it started. From then out it never stalled again but after shutting it off it fails to restart if you keep trying it will after about ten or twenty tries well maybe not that many but it would eventually restart, but each time it got harder and harder to restart. So, I took it to an auto store they tested the battery and alternator and said it was the alternator. ok. So Monday morn I take to a car shop they say the alternator is fine they played with it for an hour and it never acted up. Well the problem goes on so I take it elsewhere they say the crank relay switch isnn't getting any spark ,its either the ignition switch or the pcm?(computer) , but my wiring is fine. Well my car is on its way to a dealership now I hope they FIX it right.I hope they CAN figure it out, I just bought the car 2 mos ago but no my used car warranty would not cover this kind of problem. Any suggestions Help me please!!!

when i turn mine over it takes about 3 secs to start or if i push on the brake sometimes it will start i dont think it is the battery someone told me it could be the security module but i havent tried that yet because they want 265$ at the dealership to bad thisn isnt a recall also if i do get it running and turn the blinker on it will kill it also if someone can help email me at [email protected]
