Hey Guys,
I need your help.
I can't fill up my 2005 F-350.
It took me 20 minutes to put 4 gallon in her today.
No matter how I hold the gas nozzle, it just keeps shutting
off.
Any suggestion on what may be blocking the gas/nozzle
from going in.
thaks alot.

thats strange... ive never heard of that happening. Did you try a differant pump? If not then it may have just been that gas pump.. but if so then i would reccomend taking it to the dealer.. its under warrenty if its an 05..

Somewhere in the fuel system there is a vent that is plugged. Either the vent tube or the pressure sensor. As stated above, it is an 05, take back to Dealer.

there is a vent tube hose inside your filler neck hose. You need to disconnect the vent tube from the filler neck, and fish this vent tube out, and reconnect it to the filler neck before you reconnect the filler tube. If it is not in the hose, it fell into the tank. You would then have to fish it out of your gas tank. Once you do this, it will be normal again. Hope this helps. This is from past experience with the exact same problem. Took about 30 minutes to do. Good luck.
