O2 sensor location-99 Jetta 2.0 4Cyl

I need to replace the bank 1- O2 sensor in my 99 Jetta (got 1134 code on check engine)

Where is this located ? is it in the engine area or under the car ?
I thought the one under the car was bank 2.

Any ideas ?

It's the one before the catalytic converter.
