03 Z71 Tires

I've tried searching this forum and can't get a consistent answer so asking a straight up question.

I am looking to replace the 265 75 R16 Bridgestone Dueler AT's with 285 75 R16 Bstone Dueler Revo's. If i haven't done anything else (i.e.crank the torsion bars) to the truck, will the tires rub?

The problem is there is really no 100% answer. If you look at actual dimension specs of various brands of 285/75-16 (or any size) tires you will see that they can vary a bit. Also, the trucks them selves can vary in how they sit.
A co-worker of mine has a 2001 Silvy he bought new and had the dealer put 285/75-16 Goodyear Wranglers on it the day he bought it. He has had no rubbing issues. And his truck seems to sit really low in the front. But he says he doesn't off-road much either. So tire brand, truck, and driving style may all figure in to it. I guess you don't really know till you try.
